Extra Space - Room for Eighty Teams!

Meeting with the venue unlocks the floor plan

It’s Friday afternoon, the sun is shining (in Yorkshire) and I’ve just come out of a meeting with the Head of Venue Operations for Manchester Academy where UKTC is set to be held next January.

It turns out my rudimentary drawing of a floor plan using excel was over generous and not quite in line with the spec drawings that the venue has. Using the table footprints they’ve calculated there’s room for nearly an extra row.

UKTC unlocks more floor space to accommodate every team on the waiting list whilst making room for three more teams.

This means that the total capacity for UKTC XI is eighty teams or three-hundred and twenty coaches in total. The great news is that the thirteen teams anxiously sitting on the wait list can now all get a spot.

For those who were slow off the mark, or didn’t spot UKTC’s registration going live it means we have room for three more teams. So if you’ve been itching to get to UKTC, but feeling gutted that you weren’t queuing like an Oasis fan come ticket release you now have a second bite at the cherry!

The registration form is now back open for the final three teams to register! You know what to do, click the button to take part in the eleventh edition of the Crown Jewels of British Blood Bowl!
